All permanent IT recruitment for Capgemini is managed through an outsourced recruitment solution with Alexander Mann Solutions (AMS). AMS operates a Preferred Supplier List (PSL). If you would like to be considered as a supplier of permanent Recruitment Services to Capgemini via AMS, please be so kind as to follow this instruction:

- If we think it appropriate, we shall contact you and invite you to progress to the next stage.
- If you do not hear from the Capgemini / AMS recruitment team, regretfully that means that we have been unable to identify any opportunities for us to work together, however we will keep your details on file should the situation change.
- Unfortunately we can only respond directly to organisations that are invited to the next stage.
- Any follow up telephone calls, either to business managers or to recruitment managers, or sending of literature, or suppliers attempting to bypass this process, will lead to automatic disqualification from the selection process.
Business Consulting
Capgemini operates a Preferred Suppliers List (PSL) for all other permanent recruitment, including Business/Management Consultants. There is no requirement to extend this PSL.
Graduate Recruitment
Capgemini does not use Recruitment Agencies for graduate recruitment.
