Hilary Kelly, Head of Customer Marketing Consulting, Capgemini ConsultingHilary leads the Customer Marketing Consultancy capability of Capgemini Consulting.  She has over 18 years experience in Marketing and Business Development, predominately in Retail (Marks & Spencer; Woolworths Group; BAA Retail) and FMCG (Coca-Cola).  Prior to joining Capgemini she was Commercial Director at dunnhumby (Tesco Clubcard) with the responsibility of the creation and delivery of intelligent marketing solutions into the non-retail channels, including Telecoms and Leisure sectors. 

Hilary is married with 3 young children and lives in West London.
