Employee Transformation is Capgemini’s HR and people change division. Comprised of 50 experienced HR and change management practitioners, we help organisations to build and achieve HR and people solutions that support their business requirements and future vision and goals.
Employee Transformation focuses on a wide range of HR issues ranging from the strategic to the operational. These include recommendations on HR structures and delivery channels, HR shared services, policy and process re-engineering, talent management and employer Branding and HR performance measurement.

How we work
Employee Transformation’s success in implementing large-scale HR transformations
is due to the fact that we support all our business interventions with expert
Change Management techniques. Our approach ensures the ‘people’ aspect of change is carefully
managed, the necessary individuals, or stakeholders, are informed and ‘bought
in’ and the organisation structure and corporate culture can best support and
sustain the change. Our solutions are designed to have a lasting impact.
Our team largely comprises HR practitioners with practical hands-on operational experience gained by working across a number of industries prior to joining Capgemini. This insight proves invaluable as it allows our team to quickly identify and understand the real issues, and understand the practical short and longer term implications of the solutions we design for you.
We also apply the Collaborative Business Experience which is Capgemini’s unique branded approach to delivering our services.
